2 Rooms Available in Putney Flat – Ideal for a Couple or 2 Flatmates

Hi! I'm looking for new flatmates as my two current ones are leaving London. The flat has a double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom available from the 6th of November (potentially earlier), which come unfurnished. Ideally, a couple would take over both rooms, with the smaller bedroom becoming a spare room, but I'm also open to two separate flatmates applying by the room!

The Flat:

• Location: less than 5 mins from Putney Train Station, 10 mins from East Putney Underground, loads of bus stations nearby

• Rent: £2300 per month for the whole flat (split equally among tenants, due to increase in November)

• Deposit: TBC, but there is a possibility for 0 deposit scheme, which we currently pay £20 per month per person for.

• Bills: Approx. £110 per person per month (wi-fi, council tax, energy, water)

• Contract: 1 year, starting 6th of November

• Shared Amenities: 1 bathroom, kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a living room with a TV.

Rooms:

• Double Bedroom: Perfect for a couple or single occupant.

• Smaller Single Bedroom: Ideal for someone looking for a cozy space.

o If a couple takes both rooms, we will split the rent equally per person (£767-£767-£767 split due to be increased from November)

o If individuals, the person in the smaller room would pay less (£825-£825-£650 split – due to increase from November)

The Area:

• Shops, cafes, and grocery stores all nearby

• Close to the river and parks for walks and leisure.

About Me:

I work for a small software company in Hammersmith, and in my free time, I enjoy playing handball, tennis, or hitting the gym. I’m into chilled nights at home but also up for drinks or exploring London with flatmates. Looking for clean, friendly, and respectful flatmates to share the flat with.
