Lovely Putney flat

Looking for a flatmate to join my lovely Putney flat from the 1st November. I have lived here for 4 years, it’s in a great location and I have always felt safe here.

I would like someone who is female, friendly, clean, respectful.
and would like a place to consider home. I like to socialise but would also like to live with someone who respects my own space. I work Monday-Friday 9-5
as a Nurse (just finished working shifts)!

The flat itself is on the second floor and you enter via the stairs on the inside where there is access to the four other flats.

The living room has a dinning room table which pulls out, a sofa and desk space should you wish to use it. My craft shelves are also in here but tucked away in the corner. The television is my current flatmates so this is something we would need to get!

My bedroom leads onto the main flat corridor. The bathroom is at the end and would be shared between us both.

The kitchen comes with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave (my own) and cupboard space.

Your bedroom would have a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is a door to the room which leads out onto the small balcony at the back and the flat can also be entered this way via outdoor stairs. Carpet flooring in the bedroom. The bedroom is next to the kitchen but I am always mindful of this.

The flat is part furnished but a lot of the furniture is my own.

The area is close to the river thames and is a residential area. You are able to walk to Putney main station in around 15-20 minutes. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with a bus into central London. There are 3 buses which also take about 5-10 minutes to get to Putney bridge tube station or you can walk this in about 15 minutes. There is local cafes nearby and a sainsburys garage for groceries. The flat is also close to the high street with multiple shops, such as, a Lidl and Waitrose.

Bills come to around £80-£100 per month each.
