I have a furnished double room available in Putney.

The flat is 10 min walk to Putney station and 12 min walk to East Putney Tube station. All the shops and bars in Putney are just down the hill. Really good bus connections too with the no.14 going straight to central London and stops right across the flat.

It has huge windows overlooking Putney Heath and gets lots of afternoon sun. Comes with a very comfortable double bed and a huge amount of built in storage.

The flat is over two floors. Downstairs there’s a kitchen which I rarely use and living/dining room which you can use to host dinners or drinks etc... Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom.

There is a washing machine, broadband and all bills included, including unlimited toilet paper (I receive on subscription each month!). There is a secure lockable bicycle shed on site, visible from the flat and a communal balcony which you can use to capture sunlight in the afternoon. Guest car parking is available also.

I’m an architect with my own studio and usually work from home if I'm not out and about on sites. I'm looking for someone who is relaxed and clean. I work long hours but often go for a drink at the Green Man pub next door or go to the pubs by the river in the evening.
