The house has a really nice vibe, I started this flat share over 18 months ago, and I'm only moving after securing a new job elsewhere in London and want to explore living in another area of London.

You'll be sharing with other like minded professionals, 2 of which are also fairly new, meaning you can put your mark on the place.
Everyone is in the mid twenties, and socialable but also very respectful.

The house was originally unfurnished so all the furniture has been added over time by the original 4 tenants.

A bonus is that we have agreed with the landlord, anyone moving in now does not need to sign up to an initial 6-12 month contract.
You have to however give 1 month notice and it's your responsibility to find a replacement.

My preference is for someone to be able to move in ASAP, but can be flexible, let's discuss.
With rent being 800pcm and bills on top being roughly £100 per person per month
The bill covered are; gas, electric, council tax, Water and internet
