£1050 bond/deposit as you will be taking over my part of the tenancy, which you will get back at the end of the term.

The location is amazing. 5 minutes walk to East Putney tube station, 3 minutes walk to bus stop or 15 minute walk to Putney overground. There is a lot to do in the area and only a short walk to gyms, parks, pubs, cafes and shopping.

You would be sharing with 4 other flatmates, 3 males and 1 female, 25-26, who are all super friendly and sociable and enjoy going to the pub together or watching films and hosting cooking nights.

It is a 5 bedroom flat with a kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a garden. All the furniture will be left in the room, except for the desk and chair which is mine (I am happy to sell this to you).
