Putney Ensuite in 3 bedroom flat

🌟 About the Area:
Charming 3-room flat in a grand Victorian house with drive through space, located in a posh, quiet residential street in Putney. Just a 10-minute walk to the train station and underground, and a few minutes to bus stops. The flat is close to high street amenities, grocery stores, parks, cafes, pubs, restaurants, gyms, and little further the beautiful Putney riverside.

🛏️ About the Room:
The only ensuite in the flat, featuring a large bathtub and separate shower. Room has built-in wardrobes and a mirror however rest all in the picture belongs to our housemate and he is ready the sell the same if needed by you. You can choose between a double bed (provided free by the owner) or buy the current single bed from the housemate.

👥 About the Flatmates:
Paromita (working professional, works from home) and Maisy (working professional, works mostly from the office). We have busy schedules but connect when around, respecting each other's space.

🏡 About the Owner:
Lives in a separate flat downstairs , rarely seen in the property but responsive to any issues via mail or msg .

What We're Looking For:
A considerate and friendly professional who treats the place like home, clean and tidy common area is very important to us. No couples, kids, or pets, and we prefer a peaceful environment. Move-in date: 28th October to 1st November anytime. If you have a TV then a bonus as the TV in the picture kept in the living room belongs to our housemate who is leaving.

💡 Bills & Other Costs:
Bills are shared and average £70-100 per person ( every season it differs based on usage) .

Prefer weekdays, but flexible.
