We have two double rooms available in this cosy three-bed flat share in Putney.

Room 1 is available from 1 November. Rent is £664.
Room 2 is available from 1 December. Rent is £653. (this move-out date may be flexible depending on how quickly I find a new place).

Bills are split between tenants and costs are worked out with splitwise on a monthly basis. This includes a cleaner twice a month.

We are a 15min walk from Putney Bridge (District line) and 10min walk from Putney (20mins into Waterloo). There are also loads of buses. So very well connected!

We are super close to the Thames as well as Putney high street. There's so much on your doorstep - pubs, restaurants, shops and parks.

The flat has communal lounge, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. It's south facing so has great natural light and is really well maintained by the lovely landlady, Sandra.

You will be living with Kate, a chiropractic clinic manager and keen rower (in her spare time) from Australia. She works long hours / has early starts with rowing so tends to keep to herself but is up for a chit chat in the communal spaces.

This flat is perfect for someone looking for a quiet, clean and homely place to live.
