Bright Double Room in Well-Maintained & Cosy Flat

Hi, we have a furnished double room available in our lovely flat, as I’m moving out. The room is fully furnished with a double-sized bed, a bedside table, a built-in shelf, and a closet. It’s a bright, airy space that gets plenty of sunlight and offers a green view, perfect for someone who appreciates natural light and a peaceful atmosphere.

The flat itself is in excellent condition and is well-maintained. You’ll be sharing a kitchen, living room, toilet, bathroom, and a terrace with the other flatmates. The common areas are spacious and provide a nice balance between social and personal space.

You’ll be living with two other flatmates in their 30s, all working professionals. It’s a friendly and warm environment, but it’s important to note that this isn’t a party flat—we all enjoy a peaceful and relaxed home atmosphere after work.

We’re looking for a working professional, ideally in their late 20s or 30s, who values a cosy, homely flat and is respectful of the shared space. Someone who enjoys keeping things clean and tidy and is easygoing would be a great fit!
