Spacious double room that comes with double bed, chest of drawers & built in wardrobe. There is also a desk which we currently store in the garage.
It has big windows so lots of natural light and a nice breeze in summer. Stays warm in the winter too.

Rent is £676 per month and bills come to around £100.
Deposit is £750 & the agency requires a £50 charge for the change.
Must have a job and able to provide a reference.

Great location, with sainburys local across the road. 15 minute walk to either Barnes or Putney station. East Putney station is a 20 min walk. Good bus routes too!

Flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/ dining area.

You will be living with the nicest, most friendly South African flatmates - Carla, Calven & Calvyn! They are so so welcoming and happy to include you in their plans!

Vibe of the house is chilled- it is not a party house! They just love to play sports and have fun! Ideally they would prefer someone who does not work from home all the time :)
