Double Room in Refurbished Flat

Hi! 😊 I’m looking for a girl to take over my room from around the 24th of October, as I’m moving back to my home country.

You'll be staying in the second largest room of this lovely flat, located at the top of the building with plenty of natural light. It's a spacious double room, close to the river and surrounded by nature. The flat has been recently refurbished, and all equipment is new (including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner).

The room comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage, and bedside shelves with a lamp. I can also leave a brand new desk, chair, and mirror, which I bought a few weeks ago, for a friendly price.

The flat is just a 15-minute walk from Putney Bridge station (District Line) and the Putney Rail station. It's also a 10-minute walk from Putney High Street. Buses run to Wimbledon, Oxford Circus, Kingston, Clapham Junction, Tooting, and Fulham. Barnes is a 15-minute walk away.

Local shops include Lidl, Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, and Putney Exchange Shopping Centre, which has stores like H&M, TK Maxx, Oliver Bonas, Sports Direct, HotPod Yoga, a gym, and many others.

The flat is shared with 3 other females: Sara, Fi, and Kat. They are sociable and enjoy going to the gym, brunches, walks, and cooking. They like to keep the flat clean and respectful, and I’m looking for someone who shares those values and enjoys a friendly vibe at home.
