Come join our lovely flat in Putney!

A lovely, double room in a three bedroom newly renovated flat in Putney. It's a 8 minute walk to East Putney station, 2 minute walk to Putney train station/High street and a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Wandsworth Park.

The house features a cosy, homely lounge (where we binge on Netflix crime documentaries), a spacious kitchen/dining and a huge outdoor balcony.

You’ll have the bottom floor with your own seperate bathroom (us other housemates have our own bathrooms too, which is great!). It comes with a shower, toilet and small vanity.

The room itself can come unfurnished or furnished with bed frame, chest of drawers, small shelving and a large mirror, you will need to have your own mattress.

The house is kept tidy, clean and is well maintained in-between the cleaner coming every fortnight.

You’ll be sharing the house with myself Taylor and Britt, we are both aged between 32-34 years old.

Britt works in IT marketing and works from home. She loves playing Tag Ruby and is a real pro, she loves exploring new places to eat/drink or when at home loves to watch a good movie.

I Taylor, a really easy going Aussie who works at Harrods in a luxury fashion brand. I love exploring London as I have moved here myself, going to the gym, going for dinners, pampering sessions, traveling and watching true crime.

We are looking for someone aged from 28-38 years old, who works full time, who is like minded, sociable, clean, respectful of shared spaces, no smokers, partiers or pets. WFH is welcome, or there are plenty of coffee shops, co working spaces and a library nearby if you need a change of scenery.

The boring bits:

The rent is £1167 per month, and you’ll pay straight to agency by the 1st of each month. Deposit is £100

The bills in winter come to around £200 a month each. This covers gas and electricity, water, council tax, internet, sky tv and the cleaner.

The room is available from the start of November and you’ll need to pass references and right to rent checks.
