Small Double Room by the River in Putney

Right on the river.
8 mins walk to Putney Bridge tube station.
10 mins walk to Putney train station.

We are looking for a new flatmate to take a furnished double room. The flat is a good size and consists of a living room, separate kitchen, two shared bathrooms (with a shower/bath) and a large balcony. The room we are looking to fill is a small double with a good amount of built in storage (wardrobe, drawers and under bed storage). The bed is a 4 ft small double. There unfortunately isn't space for a desk in the bedroom, so might be unsuitable for a regular home worker.

The house is great, especially the balcony in the summer. It comes equipped with everything you need, including air fryer, espresso machine, washer/dryer etc.

We are looking to find someone to move in from the 26th of November that will be a good fit with the existing flatmates. We like to keep the place tidy, and both work from home. We're both pretty busy people and spend most of our free time either out or exercising.

Bills come to roughly £100 a month
