We have a large room available in a welcoming flat located near Putney Bridge, just a one-minute walk from the Thames riverside promenade. The area is quiet and pleasant, with plenty of nearby shops and excellent transport links (Putney Pier bus stop is only a minute away).

About the Room
Spacious, furnished with lovely curtains and a large wardrobe.
Overlooks the building’s inner courtyard.
Rent: 875 £/month + approximately 80 £ for bills.

About the Flat
Older apartment, freshly repainted two years ago, with a cozy, well-kept feel.
Fully equipped kitchen and shared living room where we occasionally welcome family or friends (you need to be comfortable with that )
Shared bathroom between three flatmates (Chris ,me and you).

We’re three people in the flat currently:

Chris, 45, German, works from a computer (returning in January).
Ronnie, 45, from Mauritius, a TV journalist.
Mélanie, French , 32, a nanny.
Imogen , English , who is leaving atfer more or less 2 years

A Little About Me
I've been living in this flat for four years and am a sociable, hands-on person. I am taking care of maintenance , and I can help with tools .I value a good atmosphere in the flat and enjoy spending time together while respecting everyone’s personal space. Due to past experiences, finding a very clean and tidy person is really important to me.
Also , the flat is no smoker.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a female over 30 who is friendly, tidy, and ideally works outside the home. We don’t have a cleaner, so everyone contributes to keeping the flat clean, which means being ready to clean up after yourself and help maintain a tidy space.
