Hello,
We are looking for a flatmate for an ensuite bedroom in Putney as our current flatmate is leaving to live with his partner. The flat is a split level with the living room being on the lower level. We have a cleaner once a fortnight and bills come to approx 125£ (all in).
In terms of travel, we are only a 10 minute walk to East Putney tube station and 15 minute walk to Putney train station.
The remaining flatmates (Myself and Tom) are both sporty individuals and enjoy watching sports (mostly rugby). In terms of work, Tom is a Chartered Surveyor and I'm a Dietitian. We keep things relatively quiet in the flat as we work Mon-Fri. We occasionally go for runs or cycles together or watch TV if we're both in the flat chilling. We are looking for someone like minded to share our space with and keep things friendly.
