There is a cleaner for the communal areas who comes weekly.

The house is less than five minutes walk to Putney train station and East Putney tube. There are all the shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets only minutes from your front door.

Really easy going landlord who is never around and always fixes things quickly.

To make things easy, absolutely all bills are all included which covers gas, electricity, water, fibre broadband, council tax, TV licence and the cleaner, so no hassle sorting out the bills.
