Double room available in putney from the 11th January 2025. The room has a double bed and a fitted mirror wardrobes. It is on the second floor of the house and shares a bathroom with one other housemate. There is a large kitchen/ dining area and shared living room. Plus a seperate laundry room that leads out into the garden.

Rent is £770 and bills are £108 pcm. However can change depending on energy usage. Bills include water, council tax, gas, wifi and a cleaner that comes every 3-4 weeks. The bills and rent are paid separately. Bills are expertly handled by a member of the house so all you need to do is send the money to them every month.

The current house mates are 4 ladies ages 25-30 We have all met in the house through spare room and are looking for someone to join our little putney family.

The house is 15 minute walk from Putney and Barnes station and 20 minute walk to East Putney.
