Double room available from 31 December 2024 (also flexible move in date for the first week of January 2025) in our lovely 4-bedroom 1.5-bathroom flat in Putney with large open balcony and sunny living room.

The room:
Comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a white, metal drawer system, a white desk and shoe rack available for sale. Lots of natural light with lovely views overlooking the huge communal garden.

Single occupancy only.

Transport links:
12 minutes walk from East Putney tube station, 8 minutes from Putney station & Putney High Street. Bike storage is available at the building if needed.

Bills:
£550pcm rent (landlord has notified us recently that this will be increasing soon) + approx £100pcm bills. Bills include energy, internet, TV, council tax and a fortnightly cleaner.

Current house:
You’ll be living with 3 full-time professionals (two Aussies and a Brit) who are tidy and respectful of each others’ privacy. We’re seeking a full-time working FEMALE (minimum age of 28) to join our household.
