we are looking for a housemate to join our flat! Current flatmates include 3 girls, all working monday -friday jobs in the city. Sadly one flatmate is moving out.

Looking for new preferably female flatmate to join us..

The flat is very cosy. Lots of storage space in the flat.
Fully equipped kitchen, just had a new oven put in.
One bathroom with toilet and bath/shower.
Large living room with dinning area.
Secure building/flat.

Parking outside the flat is available but will need to get a permit from the council, lots of free parking close by.
All bills are included.

Close to lots of bus stops, short walk to putney station and the undergrounds. Putney heath/wimbledon common close by as well as richmond park.
short walk to putney high street, which has lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Available at the end of November. Date can be flexible
