- 3-minute walk to East Putney Tube Station (District Line).
- 7-minute walk to Putney Overground Station.

Amenities nearby include a Little Waitrose, Co-op, and Sainsbury's, all within a 1-3 minute walk. Putney High Street is also close by, offering a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants.

The flat is spacious, fully furnished, and includes:

- Double bedroom with a large wardrobe.

You'd be living with the lovely Lauren who is 35 and works as a Nanny. She is super friendly and easy to get along with - we actually met through sharing a house 5 years ago and became best friends! She also loves CrossFit so if you're into fitness then you'll get along great haha.

- Looking for someone who is sociable and easy to get on with, but also clean and considerate.
- Must be in full-time employment earning over £45k (to pass referencing checks).
- Non-smoker.
