I am renting out this beautiful and massive en-suite double room in a two bed- two bath apartment in Putney. I have been living in this property for almost an year now but now I am moving out of London and I am looking for somebody to take over my tenancy.
The property is a two bedroom, two bath apartment with a shared living room, kitchen, and balcony. It is located on a beautiful private estate in Putney and comes with a free gym and library. It is a very rare find, however after living here over and here, I have decided to move out of London.
The room is a master room with a massive king size bed an attached washroom and all furniture included. There are two sets of massive wardrobes- one is a double door and one is a single door. So if you’re into fashion (like me), you’re gonna be very happy!
The living room and kitchen are a very cosy spot with a little balcony. The nearest grocery stores are a 8-10 minute walk. The closest station is East Putney or Southfields (both a 10 min walk)
Your flatmate will be a 39 year old, female working professional, who works full time and has been living in the property for over 7 years. We enjoy our quiet time and respect each other's space and keep the house clean. We have a weekly cleaning schedule and overall it is a very respectable and friendly house. 🏠
You will also be living with a 10 year old cat named Tomas. He is very chill and affectionate! 🐈⬛
Important information:
1. The rent will be £950+£146 (bills and utilities) forJan-Feb only as the current contract ends on 28th February 2025.
2. Starting March 2025, the landlord has decided to raise the rent after seven years, so the rent will be going up by £185 pp, so you will be given a new annual contract in March 2025 and your rent will then be £1135+£146 until March 2026.
3. You also have the option of renting in Jan and Feb only or continue on a new contract thereon.
