Ensuite available end of June

Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate to join us from the end of June.
The current rent is £910, all bills included, as well as cleaning products and loo rolls. This isn't a scam, we just have a really good landlord and the rent hasn't increased in two years.

The current flatmates
We are three working professionals. We enjoy cooking, films, gym and chatting over beer/wine. We've all met through SpareRoom but became genuine friends and have done two flat trips to Sitges and Cinque Terre. This feels more like a home than a shared flat, and we want to keep it this way!

About the area
We're based in Putney about a 5 minutes walk to Putney station, or a 12-15 minute walk to either East Putney or Putney Bridge (District Line). We are also opposite a Sainsbury that stays open until 11pm, and a short walk to a big Sainsbury, Waitrose, Lidl, and the new M&S FoodHall. Plenty of coffee shops around and the Putney shopping centre.

About the room
Double room comes with double bed with two drawers, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and some other storage space. There's a large ensuite bathroom with a shower and more storage space. Some of the shelving is from the current flatmate and could potentially stay. The room has its own balcony access.

About the flat
There is a large living room and a kitchen, with another bathroom shared by the other three flatmates.
We share cutlery, pans, plates, glasses, etc. You'll get a section of the fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine, but not a dryer. We live right next to a launderette and it's about £5 for 30 minutes in a big dryer. There's plenty of storage throughout the flat and we have a front facing balcony. We take turns cleaning the common areas every week.
