Double room in Putney

Hey guys I am moving in with a friend so am looking for someone to fill my double room in Putney next month!

The room is a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and lots of natural lighting. It is located on the main floor.

You’ll be living with 3 other flatmates (2 males and 1 female all in mid/late 20s) and sharing a bathroom with two. The flatmates are all really welcoming and great to chat to but also respectful of each other’s privacy and space. We all occasionally work from home and happy if you need to too!

The room comes with a double bed and a built in wardrobe. There is also a collapsible wardrobe that isn’t currently in use but you are welcome to have. The cabinet next to the bed is mine so I will be taking it with me. (Please excuse all the boxes in the bedroom pics) The rest of the house comes fully finished with shared kitchen, living and dining areas.

The house also has the best location🏡
- 2 minute walk to Putney High Street where you have access to plenty of supermarkets and shops and pubs,
- 8 minute walk to both Putney Bridge (district line) and Putney Station (national rail)
- Easy access to multiple busses
- Less then a minute walk to the river Thames.
- You are also very close to Wandsworth park just down the road and bishops park across the bridge.

The flat is on an initial 6 month fixed contract with the expectation of finding someone to replace when you leave and our landlord is very relaxed and easy to contact.

The rent is £800 per month with bills usually coming to around £100 which includes gas, electric, water, wifi and council tax, being paid on the 4th of each month. And the deposit is £894

Move in date is on the 2nd of February and I will be doing viewings in the next couple of weeks so please send a message if interested.
