Lovely light Double room long/short term Putney

One bedroom apartment in a shared flat with a really lovely couple, who are warm and friendly but do their own thing giving you freedom to do so too.

The dynamic in the flat has been one of my best living sets up in London.

Chilled and easy going but super clean and and respectful. They became friends of mine and we enjoyed catching up when our paths crossed and are a great vibe to socialise with.
I would definitely not be moving if I had not been offered a one bedroom place which I had initially wanted. I have been very happy living here.

At the moment they are away until mid April and have a great guy subletting their room. Him and I hardly see each other but when we do it’s good vibes.

The flat is in a very green and leafy area of Putney close to the river and an easy walk to the bus stop. You can access Putney station, Putney bridge station or barnes station in less than 20mins walk and barnes station you can get to from the bus stop in less than 5mins by bus.

There are restaurants, cafes, local green grocer, butcher, and a Sainsbury’s near by.

Bills: most of the bills are included in the £900 including internet
Usually on top of that I pay about £30 or so for electricity/gas but will depend on usage month to month.
The landlord (live in) is open to short term for a few months or long term with a 6 month contract (open to potential renewal) and both parties can give one months notice.

The space is lovely and lets in gorgeous light, it’s a great size which is rare in London for the rental amount.

Putney common is close and I have had some gorgeous walks under the canopy of trees towards the wetlands, and along the river.
