I'm renting a lovely room in Putney from the beginning of April. It is newly refurbished and professionally cleaned!!
Rent is 1200£ a month (including bills). It is a big double room, with a really big fitted wardrobe.
Deposit is 1000£ and no extra costs.
You will only be sharing the bathroom with one girl (26yo). Pretty tidy and chill ambient at home.
The location is magnificent,
* 7mins walking to Putney station (15 mins to Waterloo, 5 to Clapham Junction...)
* 15mins walking to East Putney station on the disctric line.
* Many buses right at your doorstep. ( Bus 14 and 22 going to central London ), as well as good connections to Richmond/ Barnes.
The area is amazing, we are 5 mins away from the high street which has a big Waitrose, Sainsbury, Lidl and Putney Exchange. Lastly, just across the street, is the Putney Leisure centre with a nice gym and pool !!
