The photos attached show an upstairs bedroom on suite with a balcony (you’ll get the top floor to yourself - unfurnished). It’s a very quiet space (good for working from home) with lots of natural light throughout the day ☀️

East Putney station is a 5 minute walk and Putney train station roughly 2 min away! 🚂
Lots of great coffee shops, charity shops and grocery stores on the high street. ☕️🍱
Not to mention a variety of different gyms in the area.

You’ll be living with 2 South African guys (22 & 29) whilst living next door to 3 South African girls. We all go for dinner and drinks or have a board games night when we’re free!

Rent is £1400pcm and bills come to roughly £100 each month 💸
The deposit is one month’s rent.
