Cozy double room in Putney

Hi, we are Alice, Jade and Olivia and have a room going in our flat in Putney as our housemate is moving back to Canada.

We are a friendly group who like to do activities together (love an evening craft with a bottle of wine!) but also have our own things going on so would love someone with a similar vibe. We all work full-time in the office so ideally someone similar would be great.

The flat is situated on a quiet estate up Putney Hill with good transport links. We are a 10 minute walk away from Putney National Rail that goes directly to Waterloo or 12 minutes to East Putney station for the District line. There are also good buses (14, 37, 39, 85, 93, 424). It’s a less than 10 minute walk to a Sainsburys Local and we all go to Anytime Fitness together but there are a couple other gyms around.

The flat has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. We also have a small storage cupboard for coats. We are covered with lots of appliances including a fire stick, air fryer, nutribullet, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and two fridges.

The room itself has a small double bed with underbed storage, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair and ikea storage cubes. The room gets lots of lovely natural light. We’ve all lived here for at least two years (Jade is our veteran who has lived here nearly four years!) and the landlord is very responsive if we have any issues.

The room is £605 a month and bills
come to just under £90 (subject to change over the winter).
