Room available in lovely Putney flatshare

I am looking for someone to replace me in my flatshare in Putney as I will be moving out into my own place in June.

You will be sharing with 2 female housemates in their 30s - 1 Spanish and 1 English. They both work away from home, in teaching and design respectively. We enjoy having relaxed evenings in, watching TV or cooking. In the weekends we occasionally go for walks or visit the cinema.

The available room is quiet and sheltered from traffic noise. It has a good amount of under-bed storage and large in-built wardrobes.

The flat itself is newly renovated and on the ground floor of a former estate with a large communal garden. There are a few coffeeshops and a small Sainsbury's on our doorstep. Putney High St and station are a 10--15min walk. Richmond Park and Putney Heath are also close by to enjoy walks or bike rides.

There is car parking available, either on-street or on the estate itself with a council permit. Heating and hot water are included in the rent, with remaining bills coming to est. £70-£80 per month.

We have an agency who deal with the tenancy and general admin. The landlord is very helpful and responsive when it comes to any practical issues.
