nice flat in putney, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room, have lived there for 2.5 years with no issues

3 minute walk to the river, 11 minutes to putney station
15 minutes to putney bridge tube station

two sociable flatmates (m32 and f31)

bills are around £100 a month inc council tax (i will check and update)

Have a cleaner every other week
