Hello Spareroomers!

Unfortunately my housemates are moving out of our 4 bedroom home in Putney to move in with their partners and I'm seeking a new roommate!

There is a double room available on the ground floor furnished with a bed, and large wardrobes. The desk is *not* included.

A little bit about me:

I'm Lucy, I'm 26 and work at Roehampton University.
I've lived in Putney for 3 years and in this property for a year. My job is hybrid so I work from home 1- 2 days a week.

I'm a creative at heart, love going to the theatre, reading, writing, gardening, and the occasional karaoke night. I enjoy being friends with my housemates and creating a homely vibe. I'm always up for a kitchen chat whilst cooking dinner, a movie night, or pub trip. Equally sometimes I just like to be in my room, reading or re-watching New Girl and always respect my housemates space (my partying days are few and far between but I love a wine evening).

About the property:

- Four bed house (3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs)
- 2 bathrooms (a toilet and shower room downstairs and a separate toilet and bathroom upstairs)
- A large front garden, a back garden
- A balcony shared between 2 bedrooms
- Conservatory
- A loft / roofspace

If you're looking for lots of space and enjoy gardening or houseplants this is the house for you!

The rent is £750. Bills aren't included but come to around £100 each per month.

A little bit about the area, transport and other things ..

We are Band D in Wandsworth for Council Tax.

We are located 15 minutes walk from Southfields tube station (District line), 20 minutes walk from East Putney tube station (District line), 20 minutes walk from Putney station and have multiple bus stops outside our property that take us to Putney, Roehampton or Clapham Junction in approximately 20-30 minutes.

There is free unreserved parking directly outside the property which is great if you want to avoid public transport.

We have gorgeous green spaces very close by including:

Wimbledon Park is only 10 minutes away.
Wimbledon Common is 5 minutes away (perfect for lunch time runs!)
Putney Heath is 10 mins away.
Richmond Park is accessible by a short bus ride

Our local corner shop is a Tesco Express, and we are close so Southfields, Putney, or Wandsworth for larger stores or Roehampton's Asda Superstore.
