Here is a large double room in Putney.
Only available until the 1st Jan 2026, as the landlady is taking the flat back for her family.

I was planning on moving by Dec, ideally before, but we were given notice first, hence looking for someone who only needs a temporary place.

Monthly rent for Dec will be £1100
Plus Bills l; come to approx £140 including council tax.

If move date is in November we will work out what’s owed for the remaining rent and transfer that part to me as I will have paid for the month of November already.

There is a mattress and a bed frame which if you wanted you could purchase but understandably not likely as it’s a short period, if not I’d likely sell these once the tenancy is over.

Other bits such as deposit can be discussed, as again it’s a short let.

About the flat: It’s a stunning ground floor 3 bedroom flat in a period property with high ceilings, large back garden, living room, kitchen & 1 bathroom. And a drive way (shared between housemates with cars)

The flat has all the household appliances you need - dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. Bathroom has a bath and shower. There is a fully functional fire place aswell, gorgeous for cosy winter evenings.

About the room: a huge room with a desk - great for WFH, 2 chests of drawers, wardrobe space for everything, including a shoe cupboard. Enough floor space for yoga or to swing a cat in haha. Or whatever you like.

It’s a great location, multiple bus routes, Putney train station and East Putney tube station within 15 mins walk.

Nice pubs, close to the river, Putney leisure centre over the road, near Barnes, richmond, Fulham and parson green. Close to Sainsburys and Tesco and shops in Putney high street.

The other two rooms are occupied by professionals aged between 30-35.
They work Monday - Friday. Working in PR and production.
