Double room in Putney in a friendly flat!

Hi!
We have a double room opening up in our three bed flat 2 minutes from Putney high street.
Im moving in with my partner, sadly leaving this amazing area and my two lovely flatmates (Nicole and Claudia).

We’re a friendly and relaxed house, so looking for someone that’s up for movie nights, a chat after work and occasionally a night out :)

The room itself is large, double bed and wardrobe and in a quiet area near the jolly gardeners pub. The flat has a big shared lounge/dining room, good size kitchen and the neighbours are never any trouble either.

It will be available from 7th July (although open to a few days earlier if needed). The property is managed through James Anderson who have been very helpful in the past, although do require someone in full time employment.
