Hey there,
After 3 years in our Putney Bridge house we are losing one of the tenants, and therefore we are looking for someone to take over one of the rooms.
The house is 5 mins walking from Putney Bridge tube station and from Putney overground.
The room comes fully furnished, as the house itself and the price includes all bills, like ALL bills, down to Netflix, Amazon Prime and toilet paper (plus other things of course).
The room has a semi-private bathroom, meaning that one of us will need to shower there, but other than that, can be mostly yours.
The house has also parking space, balcony with bbq and a huge sunny living room.
We are two Italian professionals, much cleaner than the average males, and we both work in hospitality, so cooking and wine drinking are something we are good at 😉
We are looking for someone that could become part of our network and friend, rather than a tenant, so if you think you might be the one step forward and let us know.
