I'm looking for 2 people to replace the out going tenants for September move in.
It's on Lytton Grove so is super close walking distance to East Putney tube station and Putney train station. Also super close to all that Putney has to offer!
The flat itself is a really good size, with a spacious living/dining area, kitchen with plenty of storage and also lots of built in cupboards in the house for more general storage and is across 2 floors.
Within the flat there are a total of 3 bedrooms (one of them particularly large) and 2 other box rooms which would be ideally for home office spaces.
The total rent is £2950 so would split this evenly 3 ways.
Bills will come to approximately £122 so roughly including bills looking at £1,100 pcm total.
A bit about myself, I'm from Wales and work in data analytics splitting my time about 50/50 WFH and in the office. In my spare time I run, enjoy board games, cooking, seeing friends, going to gigs and collecting records.
