The room has plenty of storage with a built in wardrobes and comes with a double bed, mattress, bedside table and chest of draws. All can be seen in the photos. Kenilworth Court is situated on lower Richmond road and it is an 8 minute walk to both Putney Bridge underground station (District Line) and also Putney Railway station.
You'll be sharing with 2 others, we are both young professionals who work hybrid working patterns. This would be a new tenancy lasting 12 months. We are chilled and easy going, we enjoy watching sport or TV shows/films in the evenings and going out to gigs and events together, but we all equally have our own lives and hobbies. WE ARE NOT A PARTY FLAT. We are looking for a like minded guy to take over, young professional, clean, tidy, who enjoys sport, social but equally happy to chill in evenings. So if you are looking for somewhere to relax and unwind after work in the heart of Putney, this is the place for you.
Bills are NOT included in the price of the room, we each pay approx. £160 for everything (Council tax, water, gas and electricity, Internet, TV license)
