One room available in Putney

I’m moving back to Scotland in October so my room is available from October. The flat is quite cosy and chill and the flat is in a safe area and it’s relatively quiet. Bills are about £116 a month. There is a kitchen, living room, toilet and bathroom that’s all shared with the other two girls.

The room is quite spacious, there’s a study desk, a coat rail and plenty of storage in the room and around the flat.

What’s close by:
-Putney bridge station is about a 10 minute bus ride or a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride
-Putney high street is about a 10 minute bus ride or a 20 minute walk or a 10 minute bike ride
-Putney station- is about a 15 minute bus ride or 25-30 minute walk or a 15 minute bike ride
-Parks- there’s a Putney common right near the flat
-Central London- it takes under an hour from the flat if you go by bus/bike and the tube

My flat mates are really friendly and easy going, we gone all around London together :)
We are a queer friendly flat and would be looking to have someone who is queer and/or poc.
