Friendly Putney House – Close to Transport, Big Garden

Looking for a friendly, easy-going female housemate to join our welcoming home in Putney. You’ll be sharing with three South Africans (two guys, one girl) who are active, sporty, and love a mix of socialising and downtime.

📍 Location: Just a short walk to the train station and well-connected bus routes – ideal for commuting or exploring London.

🛏 The Room: Bright and comfortable, with shared access to a bathroom with one other female.

🏡 The House:
• Large garden (perfect for summer Braai’s or morning coffee)
• Spacious lounge and well-equipped kitchen
• Relaxed, tidy, and sociable vibe

⚽ Housemates: Into tennis, rugby, cricket, padel, board games and the occasional pub quiz. We’re often out and about but enjoy hanging out together too.

💷 Rent & Details: £750 excluding bills which is +- £120 per month (Taking over a lease which renews in February 2026 where we will all agree to extend)
