Double Room In Putney - Aus/Kiwi Flatmates

Hey, we have a lovely double room available with big windows and lots of natural light. There is a full extra wardrobe in the hall for this room with lots of storage.

The flat is across the road from Putney Heath (and a lovely pub). It is a modern building with a lift and a communal garden, there is a small balcony off of the living space.

- Separate shower/toilet
- Full kitchen with all the equipment
- Separate washing machine and dryer
- Garage available for storage (and can fit a small car if needed)

There are multiple bus stops right outside the flat (including some buses that run 24h from central) and it is close to both East Putney Tube, Putney Train Station and the Putney High St with everything you could need in easy walking distance.

Living with two friendly gals from NZ & Aus – we’re social and have made genuine friends with past flatmates but also have busy jobs so love our chill time too/are respectful of each others space.

What we are looking for is someone
- Clean & tidy!
- Respectful of shared spaces and others down time
- Must be happy to sign onto the lease (We will be renewing in April with our lovely landlord)

Rent is £800 + approx £100 for bills. Deposit is £942

Can come furnished or unfurnished
