The room is spacious and bright, and also has an ensuite. The house has 4 bedrooms and a large kitchen and living/dining areas as well as a lovely outdoor courtyard area.
You’ll be living with 3 other working professionals (girls) 2 Aussies and 1 British
The room is available from the 19th September and you will be signing on to a tenancy which has just under two years remaining (but can be flexible)
Room is £1150, not including bills. Bills are approximately £100 a month.
The house is a 10-15 minute walk to East Putney Station and a 15/20 minute walk to Putney station and Putney high street. It is a 10 minute walk to Southside Shopping Centre and the beautiful Wandsworth park is also a short walk away.
