Great double room in Putney

Hello everyone,

We have a double room available in our 3 bed flat in Putney. I’ve lived here for 4 years but I’m now moving in with my partner, so my room will be available from 3rd Feb.

It’s a 10 minute walk from East Putney/Southfields tube, 15 mins walk from Putney station and a 20 minute walk from beautiful Wimbledon Common.

The apartment is part of a modern and quiet residential campus which has a gym and a library included in the price!

The room comes with a floor to ceiling window with lots of storage and natural light while the flat has a great open plan kitchen, with a dishwasher, big fridge/freezer, gas cooker, oven, washing machine, dryer and plenty of cupboard space. It also has a balcony which is great in the summer!

During winter it always seems to be the perfect temperature- with modern decor and fittings, it is well-insulated, we never turn on the heating as it is always warm. It also has great windows which let in lots of fresh air when needed.

The new flatmate is subject to a credit check and approval from the landlord. You'll sign a contract for a year, but you can move out before if you replace yourself. Bills are about £100 extra per month.
