En-suite room in Putney

Hi guys!

We have a double room with an ensuite available in our flat in Putney now. It’s a 10 minute walk from East Putney/Southfields tube, 15 mins walk from Putney station and a 20 minute walk from beautiful Wimbledon Common.

The apartment is part of a modern and quiet residential campus which has a gym and a library included!

The room comes with a floor to ceiling window with lots of storage and natural light while the flat has a great open plan kitchen, with a dishwasher, big fridge/freezer, gas cooker, oven, washing machine, dryer and plenty of cupboard space. It also has a balcony which is great in the summer!

During winter it always seems to be the perfect temperature- with modern decor and fittings, it is well-insulated, we never turn on the heating as it is always warm. It also has great windows which let in lots of fresh air when needed.

You’ll be sharing with myself, Eliana, and Eduardo – we’re both in our early 30s. We’re looking for someone office-based, Monday to Friday, ideally in a similar age range (no students, sorry!). We both value a clean and tidy space and are looking for someone who shares the same values and commitment when it comes to cleanliness. At home we enjoy our peace and quiet, while outside we like to have fun. We’re sociable and always up for a chat, but we also respect each other’s space. Ideally, we’d love to find someone friendly who’s happy to share the home, not just stay locked away in their room.

The new flatmate is subject to a credit check and approval from the landlord. You'll sign a contract for a year, but you can move out before if you replace yourself. Bills are about £100 extra per month.

We’ll be doing viewings from the end of August.
