Double room available in Putney. The flat has two double rooms, one bathroom, a spacious kitchen and separate living room with a balcony.

Available from 28th September 2025, although some flexibility if you need to move in earlier. You will be taking over half of a fixed term tenancy until September 2026. Rent is £925 a month with a £1067 deposit. The flat came part furnished but we have the kitchen and living room fairly well equipped now. You room will come with a wardrobe and double bed with mattress topper.

Located just off Lower Richmond Rd, the surrounding area has lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs. There is direct access to the nearby common, and communal green spaces around the flat. The river is less than 5 minutes' walk away and can be reached without going via the road. The flat is roughly equidistant from Putney station, Barnes station and Putney bridge underground, each approximately a 20 minute walk.

Wandsworth council tax band C. Bills not included - these tend to come to about £140 a month.

You will be sharing with me (Jonny). I am 25 and work in NHS management. I enjoy cooking, walking, brunching, and playing guitar (quietly, I promise!). The flat has a gorgeous living room, so it would be great to live with someone who is happy sharing this space and up for socialising from time to time.

The room is a double, but single occupancy only please. My partner, Alfie, has just moved out to Edinburgh for a PhD and will be visiting from time to time; you would of course be welcome to have a partner/friends visit!
