**Move in anytime from 31st October, with a potential earlier move date for smaller room**

My tenancy agreement is up for renewal in November and I'm looking for two new housemates to join me.

The first bedroom is a large double room occupying the whole top floor of the house with a king bed, TV, built in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. It's light and airy, dual aspect and rarely gets any road noise. All furnishings included.

The second bedroom is a small double room at the back of the house. It has ample double wardrobe space and room for a desk. (more photos to follow, house video on request)

The house is three stories and has 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom on the first floor is primarily shared between the two bedrooms either side of it. There is a separate toilet downstairs. The living area is bright and spacious thanks to the huge window at the front of the house, and the kitchen has lots of storage space, including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We also have a 'roof terrace' complete with fake grass and fairy lights which is an absolute sun trap in summer. (More photos of the house to come)

Transport is great! We're a 10 min walk from Putney Bridge and East Putney for the District line, and a 5 min walk to Putney Station for SWR which only takes 20 mins into Waterloo. You can also uber boat on a nice day!

Putney is also amazing. The house is situated just off the highstreet, on a quiet mews lane and has literally everything you could ever need right opposite it. We have a Lidl, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tescos and will soon have an M&S all about a 2-5min walk away. We also have a McDonalds, KFC, Chicken Shop, Wagas, and loads of really cute independent restaurants and cafes. We also have an Energie gym right opposite us, Pure Gym 10 mins away and a Crossfit and Anytime Fitness. Clubs, bars and pubs are also within a 2-10 min walk. Despite being so centrally located, the mews lane means the house receives minimal noise from the street. super close to the river as well for some great walks and sunsets, with great access to green spaces.

As a housemate, I'm clean, relaxed and easy going with an interest in cooking/baking, organizing bar crawls, swimming and football.

A new housemate would be: friendly and outgoing, up for drinks, obviously clean and tidy. I love hanging out and watching series with housemates, and am also up to explore London. As we all are, I can be busy so sometimes you’ll find you have the place to yourself for a few days as well!
