The maisonette is currently made up of 3 professional (mixed office and WFH) housemates - with one moving out. We are looking for someone ideally quite sociable - current housemates interests include sports (football, golf, F1, Padel), the gym, running and the pub.

Located just 7 minutes walk from Putney mainline station (15 mins to Waterloo) and Putney High St, and about 15 minutes walk to East Putney tube station (District Line, zones 2/3).

Off street private parking also available (permit fee required).

Monthly bills approximately £175 per month. Currently in a Contract so this would be to join on the same terms. 11 month contract minimum with potential to stay longer.
