We have a large bright ensuite bedroom with high ceilings available. Suitable for young professionals or mature students.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair.

The flat has three ensuite bedrooms, and the front bedroom is available. The rent is £335 pw or £1,450 pcm with all bills included. Shorter lets can be considered at higher rent. An excellent cleaner comes once a week, and the cost of this is included in the rent. Superfast 1GB broadband is also included.

The other flatmates are from a lovely mix of international backgrounds: a young professional gentleman working in finance for a fashion firm, and a professional lady working in tech. All bedrooms are en-suite/have their own bathrooms.

Putney is an affluent part of London, and the high street is full of amenities. Norroy Road is just off the high street, which is a few minutes' walking distance away. Putney train station is also within a five minute walk from the flats. The flats are on the opposite side to the train tracks, so you should not be affected by the noise from the trains.
