New Housemate - En-Suit Double (Female Only)

Hi girls! My housemates Elaura, Tasha and I are looking for a new housemate to move into the an en-suite bedroom we have available in our Putney house from early November.

We’re looking for a female in their mid/late twenties (we’re all 25) to move in from 3rd November (flexible). The contract is for a year with possibility of renewal.

About the room
A spacious en-suite double room, street facing on the third floor of the house.
Rent: £1,125pcm

Our house is spread over 4 floors, with a living room and utilities cupboard in the basement, a kitchen on the second floor, and 4 bedrooms spread across two more floors.

Room is unfurnished but our old housemate is wanting to sell their furniture (please enquire).

About the area

A stones throw from the River Thames, our house is really close to lovely pubs (Half Moon and The Duke’s Head) and is 10 minutes away from Putney high street. Our closest supermarkets are Lidl, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s (all a 15 min walk) and our closest tube stop is Putney Bridge (also 15 minutes away).

Bills: £73 pcm each (dependent on the season!)
