Gorgeous Room with Balcony Available in Putney

I’m sadly moving out of our gorgeous Putney flat, which means the biggest room in the flat (with a balcony!) will be available from 6th November.

The flat itself is a bright and beautiful 4-bed, and the room up for grabs used to be the living room – so it’s super spacious, comes with a big sofa, and has direct access to a private balcony. Because it’s the old living room, it doubles as our social space, so it’s perfect if you’re up for a chat or a drink after work but of course only when you’d like, but the flatmates are definitely looking for more of a friend than just a flatmate!

You’ll be living with three absolute gems:
• Shaina (26) – Aussie vet tech
• Poppy (22) – our Northern queen and networking exec
• Christian (22)– another Aussie, Soho king, and always up for fun

They’re a sociable bunch who love coffee runs, pub trips, concerts, shopping, sports games – but they also respect downtime and everyone’s space.

💸 Rent is £920 a month, all bills included.
📍 Location: Putney (great transport, cafes, and shops nearby).
📅 Move-in: 6th November.

The flatties are looking for a someone 22-28, preferably works a 9-5 hybrid role.

I’ve absolutely loved living here, so I’m looking for someone who’ll fit right in and enjoy it as much as I have.

Please note the nearest tube (Putney Bridge) is a 15 min walk (we’ve had people cancel because they think the walk is too far so please only message if that’s okay with you) and the nearest station is Putney which is a 25 min walk.
