Double room in 3 bed flat - queer household

Looking for a chilled person to join our home. We have lived here for over a year and have 2 more years on the contract. (With the ability for any of us to swap out of the contract with a replacement).

Sadly our housemate is leaving for a job outside London.

We both work in horticulture, so early mornings and generally earlyish nights. We are social and often have meals together, go for a cycle in Richmond park (9 mins away), do jigsaws in the depth of winter, go running, climbing and anything outdoorsy.
