Spacious Double Room (furnished) in Putney

Well-lit, large room in a fully furnished flat in a beautiful and safe area. You’ll be sharing with three lovely housemates:
• Melissa - teacher
• Alice - flight attendant
• Annabelle - manager (retail)

We’re looking for a female housemate aged 27–35 who is clean, considerate, and respectful. It’s a calm, friendly home where everyone gets along well and enjoys their own space too.
• Fully furnished flat (room comes furnished except for the mattress - available to purchase from the previous tenant, less than a year old)
• We occasionally puppy sit, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs
• Ideally no working from home, though 1 day a week is fine
• Bills not included, but they usually come to around £100 per month - all household expenses are split evenly
• We have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight (we split the cost evenly)
• Access to big communal gardens with picnic tables, secure bike storage, and a spacious balcony
• Move-in date: 1st December (some flexibility)
• Location: Walking distance (5-10min) to gyms, supermarkets, Putney High Street, Putney Heath, and both Putney Station and East Putney Station
