Large, Bright Double Room in Putney

We're looking for someone to fill a large double bedroom in our 3-bed maisonette in Putney. The room is available from 10 November, but we may have some flexibility for you to move in sooner. Our lease ends on 9 April so it's a short-term let only.

The location of the flat is great - we're opposite Putney Leisure Centre, 5-10 min walk to Putney Station and the high street, 15 min walk to East Putney station and 15 min walk to the river. Its also <1 min walk to the 430 and 337 bus stop.

The room is unfurnished except for a built-in wardrobe, but we're very happy to assist with furniture deliveries to help set you up. The flat is 3-bed 3-bath, where the other two bedrooms are en-suite, so you'd have your own large bathroom with lots of storage. We would just need the occasional access to use the washing machine, dryer and to have the occasional bath.

Amenities in the property include a dishwasher, separate washing machine and dryer, a bath, garden and good storage space.

We're a friendly flat that enjoys having dinner together if we're home, watching a film or popping out for coffee and a walk, so we'd love someone that's looking for that vibe too.
