Huge En-Suite Room in a Social House Share in Putney!

Hey we’re Max & Bailey and are on the search for a new housemate for our 3 bedroom townhouse in Putney. The bedroom is a huge double room where you have the whole top floor to yourself, with a king bed, TV, built in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. All furnishings included too!

About us: we are 2 guys aged 25 & 28 both are super social and clean and are always down to do something whether that be a pub visit, watching a series, Saturday brunch or a walk along the river! We work hybrid office/home and you’re more than welcome to WFH too.

We are also good friends with the house next door (same landlord) which are 3 girls and often will be doing stuff as a 6.

The house is three stories and has 3 bathrooms, the living and kitchen area is bright and spacious and we have a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We also have a 'roof terrace' complete with fake grass and fairy lights.

Transport is great: we’re a 10 min walk from two tube stops: Putney Bridge and East Putney and less than a 5 min walk to Putney Station for quick train to CJ, Vauxhall & Waterloo.

Putney is also amazing! The house is situated just off the highstreet, on a quiet mews lane and has literally everything you could ever need nearby (Lidl, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco all within 5 mins) as well as loads of chain restaurants and cafes along with cute independent places.
