Room available in Putney - 3minutes from the river

Note - I spend half the week in the flat. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, (including Nespresso machine & a soda stream) garden, washer & dryer. The lounge also has a tv with all the streaming services, an Alexa & books/games you may use. The bathroom has a bath/shower with a water filter. The room has a double bed, sink, vanity, lamp, drawers & wardrobe. A cleaner comes fortnightly & this is included in the bills. The river is a 3-minute walk from the flat, great cafes & restaurants on the doorstep along with lovely parks. Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Lidl and a Tesco express all within a 10minute walk. Putney tube station, train station & river boat services all under 10 minutes walk. Must be ok with dogs as my partner’s dog often visits.
